This report was created to identify the problem for our challenge. Our targeted problem is the growing plastic waste issue within Sihanoukville, Cambodia. This report includes an identification and justification of the problem, solution attempts, and the design goals and parameters needed for a potential solution. The report is aimed to meet the criteria required in the Engineering Design Process Portfolio Rubric.
